As part of that commitment, we have a complaints process to address concerns about SJTO services. Please note that our complaints process is not for reviewing adjudicative decisions. If you feel a decision in your case is wrong and should be changed, you must follow the procedures in the tribunal’s legislation or rules which can be found under the Appeal and Hearing Process tab of each tribunal on this website.
