SJTO is committed to ongoing consultation with stakeholders and the public on issues of process, procedure, service and accessibility. Where we are proposing new or amended Rules or policies, we will post the proposed revisions on our website for a minimum of two weeks.
Practice Advisory Committees at the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, the Landlord and Tenant Board, the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board and the Social Benefits Tribunal meet at least once a year and act as a resource to the tribunal on its rules, polices, practices and services.
Whenever we propose new or amended rules or policies, SJTO will:
- consult with the Practice Advisory Committee
- post the proposed revisions on our website for a minimum of two weeks.
- email notice of the consultation to stakeholders
If you would like to be notified of upcoming consultations, email us at email@example.com.
